why isn't this app allowing me to ship to Canada?

Hi there, I'm so sorry for the trouble you're having! Once you're logged into your account on the app, select your name towards the bottom, select "app settings", then select Canada. You should then be able to enter your Canada shipping and billing address at checkout. If you need assistance in placing an order, please contact us via phone at 1-877-73-74672 or via our live chat.
