Shipping

I wanted to place an order but got a message which says ‘’first name is missing in the shipping adress’’. Could you tell me what it means?

Should I write my girst name Armina or Armina1999 when placing an order?

Please enter your real name as it will be on the shipping label so the order can be delivered to you.
