Shipping

When I placed my order on the 18th, it was supposed to be three day shipping and arrive today the 21st. So far, the label has been created but the USPS has not received the package to start tracking it's progress. What gives? Pretty deceptive practice of saying one thing and doing another. From reviewing other posts, I am apparently not the only person who has experienced this issue.
