Hello! 🙂 

I went into my Sephora store today to buy the Lorac Pro Eyeshadow Pallette and was very dismayed to find out that they still had the testers out but no longer had anymore of the product. Sadly, no one knew when they were getting any more in, and said they hadn't carried that product in a month. I went online to buy it only to find out it is not in stock online either, after both sephora stores in my area had assured me that it was in stock! Very sad. 

So my question is:

A) Does anyone know when they will be getting more in, and will it be before the VIB $20 off of $50 coupon expires?


B) Is there any way I can order to for the store several hours away that has it and have them ship it to my store, or send it back to sephora online or have me buy it from there, or something?

The LORAC Pro Palette should be back in stock online within the next few weeks.  Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee that it will be in before the Holiday Rewards Card expires on 12/11.  I would suggest choosing the "email when available" option on the product page to be notified when it becomes available. 


In regards to another store carrying the product, our store are not able to ship directly to clients or to other stores, as it is outside of our policy.  I'm so sorry about that!
