Shipping to a secure UPS Store box not authorized ????

Anyone else have this issue?  Sephora cancelled my order because it's not a "residential" address.   The reason I rent a UPS Store Secure box is because I was having issues at my residential address.  UPS/FEDEX stolen boxes from porch pirates and USPS constant mis-deliveries to other addresses.  They are seriously pushing me to shop direct with brand or Ulta 😕
