So - what is going on?? The flash shipping is not so flashy. The samples are just becoming completely random. There is no one home at the live chat. I have products that show shipped that were not in the box. Is there drama at the warehouse? Software issues?? Staffing issues?? Management issues?? All of the above??? Has it just been a long hot summer?? Are you guys working to fix this stuff????

Right?! I emailed them about Flash Shipping as well because it's 2 day shipping but it took 5 to get to me. They said Flash Shipping is 2-4 days but I'm like it doesn't say that anywhere on their website that it could take 4 days.
