What carrier does Sephora use to ship within Canada?

Hi @Chloemacxo! Sephora uses Canada Post and FedEx! While we cannot request which courier is used, if you are sending an item to a postal box it will be sent with Canada Post.

Hi Kevin, I noticed in the GTA FleetOptics is now being used. I have never had so many issues receiving my Sephora packages since they have started delivering them. Why was the switch made?
