Shipping delay

I placed an order three days ago and it has not shipped. I am a VIB rouge with flash shipping. Anyway know what is causing the delay? This happened with my last order as well. So frustrating.

Did you get an answer? I have an order I placed 5 days ago. VIB and flash shipping and it hasn't shipped out yet. Second time it's happened. I called and they said "Shipping delay at that distribution center." This is beyond frustrating. I usually love ordering online from Sephora, my stuff is usually shipped out immediately. Why is this happening now and how are they going to make it right? I have a trip this weekend and hoping I get my stuff.
