Shipping Speed and samples

How can there be 4 days left of 2 day shipping??? And is there a way to get either the samples I ordered or none at all. You have been substituting cologne and perfume; which I do not use and am sensitive to. It seems from looking around in the conversations here that this is a recent and critical problem - You may want to let the community know what steps you are taking to get a handle on this situation. Particularly those in your loyalty propgrams.
