Shipping Delays

I made an order online about 2 weeks ago and was guaranteed delivery by christmas. I hoped for a faster delivery because I do have rouge status but I understood there would be delays. I received an email saying my items have been shipped a day after I made my order but haven't gotten any more updates after that. I'm just frustrated because I had christmas presents in that order and only chose to do it online because shipping was guaranteed before the 25th. I already called sephora and was told to wait for an update and call back again if there isn't one. Does anyone know what else I could do?
