Shipped but hasn’t arrived at the facility

My package shipped on the 24th but it still hasn’t arrived at the facility. It’s currently the end of the day (26th) This is the first time Imve ordered from Sephora online so I’m not really sure if this is expected. I’ve had things shipped by Canada post before and they don’t usually take this long to receive the package.
