Shipped an online return, status is NaN

Hello, 

i shipped my return in the mail and it said the package would be received by Sephora by August 28. It is now August 30 and the tracking for my return now says "NaN." What does this mean for my return package? Will I not receive my refund? Is it lost in the mail?
