Sherway Gardens Sephora

Hi

I came into the Sherway gardens Sephora store today at 7:30pm, one of your beauty advisors assisted my sister and I. I didn’t get her name but She was a young - girl in her early 20s. I’m a beauty blogger, and a regular customer with Sephora, I came into your store today to get three samples to try out, Dermalogica Sebum Clearing mask, Caudalie Le Serum, and Peter Thomas Roth water trench serum, and your advisor gave me LESS than a pump.

This is totally unacceptable, I’ve never experience this going into Sephora because the advisors are usually generous when giving me samples. as a make up blogger that wants to influence and educate young people on skin care I feel disrespected by Sephora and their employees for even treating me this way even if it was samples she looked at my skin in disgust. I didn’t even get half a days worth of product to try (which is less than one pump) the advisor had no care in the world, and was extremely rude when I asked for samples. This was the worst experience I ever had with Sephora and I do not want to return to buy products from you again, I would like this employee to be reprimanded for wasting my time and giving me such a horrible experience. I drove 35 minutes to come to Sherway Gardens Sephora because you carried the products I’ve been wanting to try. Now I’m contemplating if I should directly go to these companies and purchase their items.
