Shame on you Sephora

Sephora you really dropped the ball on continuing to ship items out with Canada Post your customer service team lacks any sort of knowledge or help and I blame this on the leadership above them… What solutions are being Provided for my item that was shipped by Canada Post on November 21?? 
Had I known Sephora was so far behind in a situation that all other retails have been proactive on. I never would have bought any items from them. I could get the same things elsewhere… Shame on you, Sephora

Shame on you for not providing me a replacement, I’m appalled, Even being a VIB rouge member Since inception of your program, this is the service people like myself receive after spending thousands of dollars a year.. disgusting!!
