Sephoria cancelled swag bags

Has anyone else from cancelled session 1 received an email or update from experiential?

I emailed them with my mailing address and contact info but never got any response. They said they would mail out our bags for cancelled sessions. 

I contacted regular Sephora customer service but I think they’re confused with the virtual swag bags that shipped earlier this month for virtual ticket holders so idk…

Update:

sephora mods just PM say they should arrive within 3 weeks but no update on an actual tracking number or clear expected date of arrival

thanks for updating us. i'm not sure why they can't just send out an email to let everyone know instead of having us post here and just get a pm individually.
