Sephora visa approved then unable to use?

I recently applied and was immediately approved for a decent credit limit. When I attempted to check out I received a message that for security reasons the temporary card is unable to be used. It then says my card should be received soon and will be able to be used. Checked my credit report and I do not even see the inquiry let alone the credit line. Thoughts??

Hi @bamnp1, I am so sorry to hear about this! I recommend contacting Comenity Capital Bank so that this can be looked into further.
