Sephora temporary card not working

I signed up for the Sephora credit card for the 25% off promo. At first was able to add the discount to my cart but now I get the pop-up message “Your order or profile does not qualify for the first purchase discount with Sephora Credit Card.” Sephora says I should contact Comenity for my temporary card number because for whatever reason the temporary card number wasn’t preloaded onto my account like it should’ve been. Comenity says that they cannot share my card number with me due to fraud prevention. Anyone else experienced this?

Same issue -- were you ever able to get this resolved??  All support phone numbers have proven useless...

I am so sorry to hear about this! I may suggest waiting until your physical card arrives to use the discount. If you are still having trouble using the discount when your physical card arrives, please contact us via phone at 1-877-737-4672 for further assistance. I apologize for this experience!
