Sephora supports scams and fraudulent purchases

I am astonished that Sephora can track me and everything I spend, but they can’t access a order made on a gift card to cancel the order. I’ve been stuck on hold with different customer support representatives and not a single one actually helped me. Finally a supervisor tells me that they can’t access the order or cancel it. It just doesn’t make sense when I have the physical gift card and pin in hand, that they can’t cancel the order. It’s ridiculous that a fraudulent purchase was made and all they can say is “notify the FTC” like the FTC can do anything about it, or “notify the bank”, like the bank can do anything about it. It’s a purchase that was made through THEIR website so why can’t they cancel the order? It’s absurd and my money will no longer be going to Sephora. Unbelievable.
