Sephora sending used item in an pandemic

Sephora, how is it okay to send clearly open boxed item to your customer in a pandemic? It is seriously a health hazard. This is not the first post about Sephora sending used item apparently, and I doubt that it will be the last. Sephora should publicly address this issue.
