Sephora's 150 Extra Points Prize?

I redeemed my 150 extra points code in my most recent purchase which was, according to my checkout page, supposed to be "available immediately after checkout". However, I have yet to see a change in my points. My points only changed according to the amount I spent. When will this be fixed?

The extra points are added within 24 hours of the time your order was made.  When reviewing your account I can confirm that the points have been added at this time.  Please try logging out of your account and then logging back in to see the point total update.
