Sephora rouge 100$

I redeemed the 100$ rouge reward on august 24th. After receiving an email saying it’s available in my account, I go to check out that it only works for USA and that even though I redeemed it from the canada website and that it shows up in my canada account I have no way to use it. The reward was cancelled after talking to 5 different customer support people that told me that the problem was on their end and that I should add stuff in my basket to place the order and not go to the store like I planned to. I added stuff and waited for a reply only for them to tell me that they won’t do it anymore and that it doesn’t work. The next day I get told the reward is out of stock because of high demand... If I indeed had a working code that nobody used and that I could use until November why am I not being issued a working one or someone to assist me to use the code I have. Customer service didn’t send me an email or anything to explain the situation.
