I am really going to find another place to shop my makeup. I just received a broken (expensive) eyeshadow pallette. I called customer service and even escalated this to the leadership team. However, I was told that due to a prior instance, Sephora won't refund the item.
I had another package with broken items in July. This is not the customers fault. Just learn how to wrap items correctly. I will take my money elsewhere from now on.
