Sephora refused to send my makeup for my wedding -- aka my order was cancelled 4 times

About 1.5 months before my wedding, I had a skin inflammation flare up. My dermatologist recommended I replace my makeup with those that likely won't trigger dermatitis and use it for my wedding. No worries, I thought. I have time to order. 

Here are all the orders I've placed: 

- April 7 - Cancelled without notice

- April 24 - Cancelled without notice 

- May 1 - Cancelled without notice

- May 4 - Cancelled without notice. 

I placed the May 4th order through a customer representative on the phone, who knew I had my wedding in 2 weeks. She said she fixed my account and that my order would arrive by May 10, a week before my wedding. That order was also cancelled soon after without notification. 

I had to place these orders online because nearly everything was sold out in stores by me. 

What an absolute failure on Sephora's part. I hope this serves as a cautionary tale for anyone depending on them.
