Sephora order dint ship

Sephora order never shipped to my place. I received an email notification saying that it got delivered today but we checked the safe box and mail box at the apartment. There is no package from

sephora.

Update : 

 

Sephora’s customer service responded and they reshipped my items. I have not been double charged. Thank you for all the responses.
