Sephora online order packaging

Dear Sephora, Please bubble wrap eyeshadow palettes. The pineapple of my eye collector’s set was just thrown in the box without any protection. The blush and shadows were totally smashed and ruined packaging of all the other gift sets I purchased with it. I called and requested the palatte to be resent and especially asked it to be bubble wrap properly. Hopefully this time I will get it intact Sorry, wasn’t sure where else to complain about it
