Sephora keeps cancelling my order

I tried to place an order three times with Sephora using my giftcard and they keep canceling my order. I called customer service and they said it was a verification issue and then placed it again and it got canceled again. I called again and they put in a high escalation request and said it would take 2 business days to wait for their response? Does anyone know why this happens?

I am now having this issue too, started last night. I tried placing a recurring order, only to have it cancelled, twice. I’ve purchased this same item multiple times over the last several months with no issues, so not sure why it’s a issue now. I verified all of my info on a call and that obviously did nothing. I cannot purchase this item in store and was forced to order direct from the manufacturer since I’m now out. The response given by Sephora is ridiculous. What else do you need verification of? My blood type?
