Sephora is down... except it's not

Lately any time I try to write a review or answer a question on a product's page I'm given a,

 

"SO SORRY

Due to a high volume of traffic, Sephora.com is currently unavailable. We are working hard to get the site back up."

 

I can access everything else on the site (including BT obviously) but I can't write product reviews.  😞

I get the same message when I click on an order I placed...

I get the same message when I click on an order I placed in January.

I've never had any issues placing an order, and the other orders I've placed this year don't give me the error.

I had my husband (who is one month shy of having a Master's in Computer Science) clear everything out for me. I still cannot write reviews/answer questions.
