Sephora is denying my refund...

I ordered as I usually do during the Sephora sale - replenished my hair care products and it was delivered on my front porch when I have a parcel box... And of course by the time I saw my email and came outside to grab my package it was missing. I requested something to be done.. anything to be done because It is a lot of money especially in todays economy. They said that it was the systems choice and the system cannot be overridden. I asked for the situation to be escalated as it was Sephora's fault and my request was denied once again. 

Extremely disappointed!
