Sephora inside JCPenney scent voucher?

I have a scent voucher that says it’s only valid for Sephora inside Jcpenny but those don’t exist anymore. How can I still use it??

I wish I knew how to turn on private message. I clicked on your account to message you but it sent me to an unknown weblink or something.. idk.. i will go take a picture of the voucher and try and chat with customer service I guess .
