Could you please tell me which perfumes are offered full size that can be bought with the voucher at a Sephora ANYWHERE? I checked the first four perfumes listed, three of them DO NOT EXIST in that size and type. I was hoping to buy this for my daughter, but this sampler seems to be nothing but a SCAM.
Why are they calling this customer support when no one answers online? I've spent the afternoon on the phone trying to find an answer to my question. I've been put on hold multiple times for longer than I should have waited. I've been lied to about call backs (from supervisors) and I've been hung up on. Oh, I've also been told that there is no one to speak to above a "supervisor". THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. The last person I spoke with (that doesn't have a supervisor) assured me that it's nothing but a typo and will take a few days to fix and he will email me - I'm not holding my breath. Shame on you Sephora for the most horrible customer service!
I agree! What fun is it if I give this to my teenage daughter as a gift and then she can't buy her favorite perfume!
Hello!
Not sure what the issue seems to be, I'm having no problem looking up and finding the correct sized perfumes for the set! (The Sephora website has been having some SERIOUS Issues lately! I'm wondering if that might be what's preventing you from finding what you're looking for!)
As someone who was in your shoes in the past debating about whether the perfume sampler was a good gift idea, I've had mixed results! I've given several away as gifts, and those who understood the concept absolutely loved it! My MIL didn't really "get" the concept and I think she thought I gave her a ton of perfume samples and was slightly off-put, I wish they'd had one of the collections with the real mini bottles for her which would have been more appropriate. My ONLY real issue with these sets is that if you don't live near a well stocked Sephora your fragrance options may end up severely limited. YOU HAVE TO REDEEM THE SCENT-TIFICATE IN STORE. My father's closest store only had 2 of the men's fragrances in stock when he went to redeem his certificate, which was frustrating.
* These are almost always as amazing deal, as you can see the purchase price for the full size perfumes is on average way more than the cost of the sampler!*

There are a few more but these are most of them! Good luck!!
I found the Atelier as well. For the next three you have to read carefully. The voucher is for the PURE perfume, which they do not offer anywhere at all. I called customer service hoping it was an error on the website and it's not. I even emailed and was only told thank you for my feedback that they will consider it for future products! It truly is a scam. I didn't bother checking more than the four if they don't even attempt to carry the products. I was planning this as somewhat of an advent daily gift for my daughter and taking her to New Orleans (our closest full size store) to pick one out, shop and see The Nutcracker the day after Christmas. I really like the idea of the gift, but if they don't carry them then it's just false advertising.
@Anonymous I see what you're saying about the fine print on the product page; only MJ Daisy and Nest Citrine appear to be listed correctly.
FWIW - I don't believe this is a scam at all, but rather a misprint. Many of these scents aren't made in a pure perfume at all - a pure perfume (which I would translate as a "parfum" or "extrait" version) is uncommon and ends up being very expensive. Pure perfume is rather odd wording.
I would assume you would be able to redeem for the scent in either an Eau de Parfum or Eau de Toilette - whichever concentration matches the sample you would receive. I wouldn't anticipate you'd have a problem receiving the scent of your choice, as long as that particular scent was carried in store. (For example, if a store didn't carry Tom Ford fragrances, I wouldn't expect they'd be able to get the TF fragrance redemption for you in that store.)
I called customer service and was told that it was not a mistake on the website. I was hoping she was simply incorrect, but that doesn't seem to be the case. The fact that these products are not offered anywhere makes it a scam in my book. There are several reviews on their website saying the store didn't have the product they chose - this seems to be the reason why. I hope I'm wrong and someone can correct me, but it seems to be purely false advertising.
@Anonymous HI don't expect you would have a problem redeeming your certificate for an eau de toilette or eau de parfum version of the scent (I'd expect it would need to be the same concentration of the sample) in store.
The reviews that I see complaining about not having the product they were looking for, are referring to stores that didn't carry a certain brand (e.g. Tom Ford) or it simply wasn't in stock and they couldn't go to a different store to see if the perfume was in stock. (e.g. The Nest Citrine EdT happened to be out of stock in the one store.)
I suppose at the end of the day- if you're looking for a parfum or extrait concentration of these scents, you will likely be disappointed - I don't believe they exist for purchase anywhere. For example, I haven't heard of Marc Jacobs making a Daisy parfum/extrait at all. But if you are wanting to ensure that you can redeem for either an Eau de Parfum or Eau de Toilette bottle, you could buy the sampler and open up the box to read the fine print on the redemption certificate - it may have clearer, more accurate information. If it doesn't, you could return the sampler.
I'm not particularly looking for a true parfum. I was just shocked that they didn't offer what was on the voucher. I was hoping I could redeem it for what they carried and the answer was no.
I decided to go back and check all of the perfumes. They only voucher offer they carry are the Atelier Cologne and Marc Jacobs Daisy. Even the Nest Citrine isn't offered in the eau de toilette (only the eau de parfum) guess which one the voucher is for. It's a great deal if you want one of those two perfumes, but that's not what they advertise.
@Anonymous That's a good catch you made on the mix up between the Nest Citrine EdP and EdT; I am quite confident it's simply a typo, but it really needs to be corrected.
Hopefully some of the moderators will see this thread and note the errors and let the right department know they need to be corrected.
Have you looked at the actual physical voucher included with the set to see whether the redemption offer is listed correctly on the voucher? Or just the fine print online?
@lachaton I was checking to see which perfumes were offered in my area bc it's quite a drive to a full size Sephora store so I only read the details online. I did call back hoping you were correct and it was a mistake (and the customer service person I spoke with was incorrect). Let me just say it was the worst customer service I have ever experienced!
The guy had no idea what I was talking about and kept asking what my question was. When I asked to speak to someone that could answer my question he asked if I was Rouge (answer - no) then VIB (also no - I am new to the company) he gave me a phone number to call. It was to an automated gift card service! I got a human on the phone and they deal with many companies. It wasn't even a Sephora phone number! I was peaved to say the least. That gentleman found a number and transferred me back to Sephora where I immediately asked for a supervisor. Sorry for the rant but is this typical? Normal customers should also get good service.
SO it turns out at least for the example I gave her you are correct that it should be the perfume they offer. She's checking on the rest (including the Nest Citrine). She was supposed to get back to me within the hour - that was well over and hour and a half ago 😕
My daughter wants pretty much everything from Sephora for Christmas lol, but I can't see giving money to a company if the customer service is this bad.
@lachaton I forgot to mention that I stayed on the line to take the quality survey after the first Sephora guy and I said our goodbyes - and he didn't hang up! After an uncomfortable amount of time he started saying hello is someone still there?! I was flabergasted. I just left it on in the background until he finally hung up. Sorry for the complaining, but have you ever experienced something like this before?
Hi @mermaid805 + @Anonymous + @suzyo. If you check out the product details, the certificate is available to redeem either a 1.0 or 1.7 oz of one of the included fragrances. If you do not see it, please let us know so we can assist.
xo,
Jamila
@JamilaBT I'm new to the community, are you a customer support agent?
I've looked up the size and type of perfumes in the voucher details, and I can only find two perfumes that you offer: Atelier Cologne Camille Insensee and Marc Jacobs Daisy. The rest are not offered in the style of perfume in the voucher - most are supposed to be pure perfumes.
As @Anonymous pointed out, the product page for this perfume sample lists that you can redeem the certificate for a pure perfume with most of the fragrances. Could you pass along to the proper department that this should be corrected as it currently confusing? I'm assuming it should either say "eau de parfum" or "eau de toilette" depending on the fragrance. Also, it appears that the Nest Citrine listed is wrong; it says you can redeem for an EdT but it's only available as an EdP.
ETA: these two product pages for other samples have the same issue

Hi @lachaton and @Anonymous,
Thank you both for taking the time to identify these errors! I'm so sorry for any confusion and I'm sharing your feedback with our website content team. Please send me a PM for additional assistance or clarification!
All My Best,
Megan
@Anonymous Are these the ones you looked at?
I was able to find them in the sizes listed except for the Light Blue, but that could be a typo.
They have the Atelier. The others have to be PURE perfume not eau de parfum or eau de Toilette
Ahh @CMW0 gotcha 😉 I didn’t know there was a difference 😀
