Sephora credit card not working

• Hi I’ve been trying to place an order but my Sephora credit card is not working. I keep getting a payment error message -“ please verify that your card number, expiration date and can are correct and that your billing address matches what the bank has on file.” I’ve checked everything and it matches and the card still won’t work. I can use another credit card just fine but I can’t use the Sephora card. Please help
