Is anyone else having problems with Sephora's website? I can log on and see the main page, but if I click on any link the top of the page loads and that's about it. I sent a few emails to customer service and the response I received was to call to place my order... The problem is I can't get an order ready because I can't browse the site!! Am I the only person with this issue? Can anyone help me please?? Thanks

Sorry for the trouble you're having accessing the site! It sounds like you may need to update your plug-ins, or clear the cookies and cache on your internet browser.
Also, we recommend using the internet browsers Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome to access Sephora.com. If you are using the operating system Safari version 5.0 or older, you will need to upgrade to the newest version of Safari to avoid experiencing system issues on Sephora.com. Hopefully this will fix your issues!
