Hi @5u5h,

 

Toner can be used for different reasons. You can use it to exfoliate the skin, add hydration to the skin, to soften the skin, as a way to remove left over make up, and to balance the pH in your skin. The Sephora Collection Clarifying Pads are great if you want to exfoliate the skin and will help with mattifying and softening the skin. I hope this helps!
