Sephora canceled two of my orders without notification

Hi,

 

I recently placed two orders online during the recent Rouge sales event. My orders were canceled without any explanations or notifications. The only emails I received were confirming my order once placed and that there would be a delay in my shipment. I had to check on the status of my purchases to find out that they were not fulfilled. This has occurred on my account before during the last sale and it took weeks to get my order rectified and to honor the 20% discount. Could you please provide any guidance as to why this keeps happening? I’d like for my orders to be fulfilled and have them be honored at the Rouge sale rate.   Thank you for your help!
