Sephora accept vanilla visa?

I got a gift card for my birthday. It has enough money on it for my purchase but it says it’s declined. I have rechecked every single number. I am super frustrated, anyone know what’s up?

I had issue as well. Called Vanilla Visa and Sephora has locked out this card...so basically this merchant (Sephora) will not accept Vanilla visa gift card as payment. No - you cannot purchase a Sephora e-gift card using vanilla visa as payment either

In order to use this Gift Card on our website, it must cover the full amount of the order and be registered to a temporary billing address. To register the address, please contact the number located on the back of the card. Hi @firegirl12! We do accept Visa gift cards, but they must be registered online first to create a billing address for the card! Additionally, I always recommend that clients purchase a Sephora e-gift with their Visa gift card because our system recognizes them as credit cards and you can only use one per order.  If you purchased a Sephora e-gift, you can use that together with a credit card! 🙂  If you're still running into trouble, please give us a call at 1-877-737-4672.
