Sephora US Affiliate Program

I know there have been a ton of threads on this already but I haven't seen any clear answers on what the problem is. 

I have signed up with the link provided on the sephora affiliates page, which has brought me to Rakuten Marketing, but once there I only see Sephora BR and Sephora AU. Since I live in the US, I would love to be apart of the United States Sephora affiliate program. 

Does anyone have answers as to why this is not an option?

I have the same issue. I signed up with Rakuten and I could only find Sephora BR and KR (I'm located in the US). Can someone help?

Have you gotten any information on this??  I am also already connected to Rakuten and can't sign up for Sephora in the US!!

I'm having the same problem since I'm also a Rakuten publisher. When I use this link to sign up it tells me that the (Rakuten) username is already taken. If I don't use that same username it will give me a second account. Anybody figure out a fix yet?
