Sephora Rouge Orders Still Not Shipped

I made several orders during the Sephora Rouge sale and they have not been shipped. It's not showing any tracking links. I have other friends who have received their orders. My order also doesn't ship starting from the date order. What's going on? How long do I have to wait? I'm also moving in one month so I really need to get the orders before I move. 

 

April 25 order - no tracking, not shipped

April 27 order - no tracking, not shipped

April 29 order - 1/2 items shipped

My apologies for the delay! There are multiple distribution centers where orders can be shipped from. With extended store closures, and our Spring Savings promotion, we are processing a high volume of orders that is unfortunately resulting in long order processing delays. The safety of our distribution center employees and our clients is our top priority, which means that responsible workforce safety precautions result in fewer people than usual processing orders at one time. We are working diligently to get all placed orders filled. If you placed an order, it will be shipped out and you will hear back from us with any updates when available. 


We sincerely apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience while we work to get orders out as quickly and safely as possible. Thank you for being a Sephora shopper!
