Sephora Play! Issues

I've had a lot of issues with my Play! boxes lately. When I looked at my account for August and September, I was supposed to get a Too Faced melt off and another product for September, I got neither. In August's box I got a moisturizer for normal to oily skin; my skin is very dry. And in September I got a brown brow gel but my hair is red and brows are blonde. My beauty profile is up to date with this info. Also, each month I get a fragrance sample but I can't use it due to chronic asthma. Is there anyway to make sure I don't get fragrance? I feel like the overall quality of these boxes has gone down and with these mistakes, I'm almost ready to cancel.
