Sephora Overcharged and here is the response

I placed an order for the VIB Rouge. System was having a glitch, the discount was way off. So I called the next day asking them to see if they can fix it. The agent initially told me I can only get a 

Store credit. I was like why am I getting a store credit when It was supposed to be your company fault. Then she spoke to her supervisor, but what I received from her was I can go to the store to get a full refund as soon as I received the package. So after being on the phone call for 45 mins nothing was solved. I as a customer still have to fix an issue that Sephora caused. This is the customer service that Sephora is giving! How great!!!!
