Sephora Opinions survey points

Hi, I received a link and completed a Sephora opinions survey on 11/2/21. I was told I would receive 200 points for participating, and it could take up to 30 days. Since it’s been over 30 days, how can I check the status of these points?

I also did this survey and was told by the chat rep that if I didn't save the email of the survey I was SOL. And the survey never asked for my account information so I wasn't even sure it was going to do anything anyway. Kind of pissed off.
