Sephora Online is canceling all my Orders

I've been trying for so long to place an order at Sephora Online... But all of them are being cancelled with no explanation. I just put on my basket items that are in stock and I've tried many payment options... Even Klarna, Afterpay and also changed the card that I used to use. So my payment is not an issue... The Sephora chat is never available. I’ve seen that others have this issue. Anybody know what’s going on?

The exact same thing has been happening to me the past few days. Tried the same fixes and no luck. Advice please?

This happened to me too! I can’t figure out why. Everything was in stock, and there’s nothing wrong with my card. Very disappointing.
