Sephora Credit Card Error

Hi,

 

I’m trying to checkout using the Sephora credit card but this error keeps popping out and doesn’t allow me to checkout.

 

all my information are accurate and I did not move recently. I’ve deleted the card on my profile and reenter the information, deleted the app and redownload, signed out from all platforms and cleared cache but none of them resolve the issue.

 

please help!
