Sephora Credit Card Error

I am receiving the error message pictured below when I try to make a purchase with my Sephora credit card. All of my information is correct, the card has been used before, and is my default payment. I also have enough available funds. I called customer service and was transferred three times and given the run-around. I see this has happened to several people with zero follow-up.

It's been happening to a lot of us. Previous orders, same cc, same bank info/address were fine but all of a sudden we're getting that error message & can't place orders. They obviously don't care because they're not trying to resolve it. Horrible customer service.

They don't care, they're not helping anyone resolve the issue which lies with them not us.
