Sephora Canada let downs - tell us what is happening

I am so displeased with sephora right now because I am having the same issue as everyone else is posting: either they have broken both the app and website OR they are operating with bad integrity by under stocking offers and falsely advertising sales.

 

1.First of all last night I was trying to use the spend 75 for points code and it wasn’t working (this was before midnight PT). 

 

2. I actually WATCHED the skincare sample change to glow recipe from the old one and it would not let me add it, indicating it was OOS or expired. It can’t possible be OOS the second it appeared.

 

3.the briogeo could more likely be OOS but it wasn’t even added that long ago. Is Sephora severely under stocking these offers?

 

4. I was actually on the app AT MIDNIGHT PT (which is 2am my time) when the offer changed to the OMGSAMPLES foundation offer, and it immediately said expired or OOS for the code. I thought maybe it was a delay on the site so I tried again a bit later and then again this morning. Nothing.

 

and this is all happening right after my last order where my 100 point reward in screen shots always stated the skinfix barrier gel was 50ml, only to have it be 15ml when it arrived. They took it down right away so you couldn’t verify (shows up blank in order history—scammy since I should be able to see my receipt without a company altering it), when I contracted they refunded my 100 points that’s it. I imagine anyone without a screenshot got nothing since their order history was altered by Sephora. They should have been sending what was advertised.

 

to say these offers aren’t in Canada simply isn’t true because we can all see them on our app/on the website. I was really getting into Sephora again lately but it’s going downhill fast. I signed up for an olive young membership and they have SO MANY GWP I immediately feel so much more valued.

I can’t find a settings option in the app, only beauty whatever privacy for my profile. I googled and tried the browser site, which kept going in a cycle of saying I was and then wasn’t signed out. Finally I try a private browser, which works, only to receive this error when I go to messages:

 why is everything so broken. Did Sephora lay off their dev team? Clearly someone who used to know how to run the site and app doesn’t work there anymore, and seems to have been under valued at that!

Obviously not customer services fault, but Sephora. Please know I am always upset at the choices being made at the top of the pyramid, who makes customer service deal with the fall out.

@Kmclla We've been informed that the beauty offers issue has now been resolved! I see that OMGSAMPLES is currently available.

In regards to the Glow Recipe and Briogeo offers, I apologize they went out of stock so quickly. We appreciate your feedback and this has been forwarded to the appropriate teams.
