Sent a product back for refund



I sent this product back on the 3rd Sept for a refund, have yet to receive any confirmation on Sephora's end as to whether the parcel has been received and my refund status.

Hi Roseate Returns are usually processed within 2 weeks of sending it back.  You will receive an email once the return has been processed.
