Second time, my Sephora score has been stolen

I had nearly 12,000 score in 2020, when the pandemic happened, someone use my info to redeem all my point in NYC Sephora store which I never been to during the pandemic, I’m living in NJ!  Sephora helped me opened another account and gave me back my account,. AGAIN! when I purchased in a store today, staff told me I only had 3000 thousand points! They did it again! Can someone just help me prevent this happen again and again? I’m just so sad and want to give up my Sephora rough account.... does anybody have the same issue?
