I keep attempting to redeem my scent certificate. It isn’t working. I would like some help.

@Brie714 The scent certificate has unique code that you can enter in the promo code box at checkout after selecting the fragrance you would like to redeem. I will send you a PM.

I have the same problem I don't know how to redeem my scent certificate

Hi @sofiagen,

To redeem the fragrance voucher online, simply enter the promo code near the bottom left corner of the voucher at checkout. I believe the code usually begins with: U- followed by a series of letters and numbers. I'll send you a message shortly to follow up.
