Scent certificate code not working

Keep getting invalid code!  I buy these all the time and never had a problem!  UGH

Despite the fact both the store page AND the certificate state I can redeem it online, I've been told that I can only do it in store.

I've done both.  Again, it is pathetic that I have to spend this much time to redeem something I already paid for!  As a customer, why do I have to tell you the redemption code is supposed to be valid online?  How hard is that to verify, I already sent a screenshot of my certificate. Look up the transaction in my account from when I bought it.  Do I need to start a credit card dispute over this?
