Samples, offers, and beauty bizarre items rarely delivered

I’m a rouge member that will not be continuing with Sephora. What’s the point? “2 day shipping” never arrives in 2 days and it’s a complete coin flip whether the samples, offers, or beauty bizarre items are delivered. There is no acknowledgement when items are missing or substituted with things I don’t want. I am over this company that could care less about honoring orders, so I am returning the sentiment. I’m tired of wasting my time with following up as it is the norm.
