Samples not received

I’ve seen many posts about this and I’m not sure why it happens so often. I chose two samples, and only received one (didn’t get the Tom ford bitter peach perfume sample that I was REALLY looking forward to). I’ve ordered previously and I’ve heard from my friends as well: we either have samples completely missing or samples switched. I’ve brushed it off in the past when I received 0 samples for the 2 samples I ordered. I wish I would at least be notified that some samples are out of stock…

Saaame. It was my first time ordering online and I was really looking forward to trying my samples! 😞
I didn't even get any substitutions. Literally nothing at all.

Hi Laurie the same thing happened to me today too. One out of my two samples were missing. Is there a solution possible for the same??

Hi! Me neither, I didn't receive any samples even though I picked what is applicable for samples.. 😞
